Try it free first: the free plan has every feature (one video a day), so you can see if EDITFLOW works for you before paying.
Your first payment
If EDITFLOW Pro doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back — no questions asked.
Renewals
Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time so the next one doesn't happen; Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for. If you were charged after forgetting to cancel and haven't used Pro since, ask us within 7 days of the charge and we'll look at it kindly.
How to ask
Reply to your purchase receipt or write to us from the email you bought with. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them. When a subscription is refunded, its license key stops working.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live; it doesn't replace them. In the EU and UK, when you start using Pro right away you agree that the digital service begins immediately — the 14-day refund above still applies to your first payment.
Cancelling
From the customer portal or the link in your receipt email. Nothing else is needed.
